What is the cancellation policy for boat rentals with Bali Boat Rentals?
In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the Harbor Master of the Benoa area determines whether it is safe to set sail each evening for the following day. If the Harbor Master prohibits your scheduled trip, you have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
For cancellations initiated by you, the following applies:
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled trip date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip date are subject to a 50% refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled trip date, regardless of the circumstances.
Please note that the above cancellation policy applies to all bookings, and we kindly request adherence to the stated terms and conditions.
What payment methods are accepted for boat rentals?
For your convenience, Bali Boat Rentals accepts a variety of payment options, including Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit Card Payments. Choose the method that best suits your needs for a seamless booking experience.
You can secure your booking by depositing 50% of the final booking price or you can pay in full. In case of a deposit, the remaining balance must be settled no less than 48 hours before the trip date. Reservations made without full payment or deposit are not guaranteed.
